"Had a great experience with Optum Car Care! Jaison was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the different grades and qualities of PPF, visited my location, and provided detailed demos of both PPF and sun films, which helped me make an informed decision. The quotation was also fair and transparent. I got PPF and sun film installed on my Scorpio N. From the moment I handed over the car, I received regular updates on the installation progress. Jaison was also accommodating with a few additional requests and ensured the car was delivered on time. The overall installation quality, finishing, and attention to detail were top-notch . Really appreciate the professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Highly recommended Optum Car Care for anyone looking for quality PPF installation!"

"Had a really good experience with Optum Car Care for PPF and sun film for my car. I initially spoke with Shireesha from the sales team, and she was very helpful throughout the initial discussion. She then introduced me to Jaison, who took the time to explain the PPF process properly. I had quite a few questions, and he was very patient in answering all of them without rushing through the conversation. What I particularly liked was that Jaison didn't just try to sell me a particular PPF. He explained the different brands available, the differences between them, and even how the quality of the adhesive matters. He explained that a poor-quality adhesive can cause issues with the paint when the PPF is removed later. That kind of detailed explanation gave me confidence that they really know what they are doing. The entire process was smooth, and the car was delivered within the promised timeline. The finished car looks great, and I'm very happy with both the PPF and sun film. Overall, it was a very positive experience. A special thanks to Shireesha and Jaison for making the whole process easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Optum Car Care to my family and friends. Sharing a few pictures of the car after the work was completed."
